The location of this place was mind-blowing! We could easily walk to the town center and the bus station, making trips to Torres Del Paine a breeze. The room was super spacious and clean, with excellent heating and a fantastic hot shower. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the wifi connection was great. We also appreciated having an available PC. The bed was so comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Even though the room was a bit small, we had no trouble moving around and storing our luggage. The breakfast spread was jaw-dropping - there was a variety of delicious options like toast, cakes, muffins, cheese, ham, jam. We were also impressed with the fact that we could leave our backpacks at the hostel while we went to the national park, and they even arranged a room for us in another cozy and clean hostel called CASA LUCY when we returned. our stay here was absolutely fantastic, and we can't recommend it enough!

- extremely poor bkfst, unfriendly at reception, located at quite a distance of the center of the village along a dirt road i would not recommend this hotel to anyone, We stayed twice a night at this hotel and this experience accounts for both stays, We stayed in the off season , unless it gets very crowded in pto natales avoid this place.

The manager does not understand English enough to be helpful. We had asked him to make reservations for the bus the morning of our departure (he indicated that his hotel was also a travel agency), but he did not make it... He was not able to indicate to us the timing of the departure of the bus, because of the difficulties in communication, nor the companies that offered the service, so we wound up with a situation of a full bus at 8:30 and a missed opportunity with another company. We had to wait for the next bus until 14:00. Also, the room was too heated and when we asked him to turn off the heater, it was not successful. And at check in, they were first asking more than the price agreed on during the web booking reservation, and they changed their mind only when I showed them the print of my reservation.

The friendly accommodating staff, the onsite laundary service, the onsite restaurant (excellent service), local knowledge and willingness to book tours.

Adjustment of shower could be better and central heating needed to be turned on earlier.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The value for money was great, and the room was really comfortable with a nice bed. The location was perfect, just a 7-minute walk from the bus station and a short stroll to the center. The staff treated us so well, always friendly and ready to help.

The hotel is not very close to the center. We had there two incidents. They require to pay a night before you leave. We paid cash in US dollars. About 1am a receptionist was banging on our door a way we thought the hotel was on fire. It turned out that one of the banknotes had a small tear that one normally does not notice at all. He asked us to replace it by a perfect one. The day we arrieved we noticed a strange smell in the room. The owner said that if we keep a window open, the smell will be gone by the morning. In the morning the smell was the same. We asked to be moved to a different room. The owver said none is available. We were ready to leave for another hotel. Then a different, nice room was offered to us and we stayed.
